Full animation can be on 1s or 2s ((if I'm wrong someone can correct me )),it's 24 f/sec
I think you mean on 1s
If so he incorporates both sometimes

Personally for body movements I usually prefer on 2s

While I'm not sure if there is an animated production made entirely in 1s, generally speaking of a sequence made in Full Animation it is understood that it is made in 1s. But yeah, the best way to refer to it is as "animation done in 1s"
