Awesome work! What a BOSS!!
Ugh. This is the first time I've seen a sweet animation be bastardized by the sweeps of the camera.

Doesn't look like the animator's hiding flaws with it. Why did he (or whoever else might've animated the camerawork) choose such extreme, difficult-to-discern-the-choreography tremors?

EDIT: If this is what matches the animator's vision, then my curiosity intensifies. What does everyone else think of the camerawork? Does it bother you?
Perhaps it ties into the larger artistic picture - like them fighting in the middle of a quake. Perhaps it's designed to be a more pleasing complete package with SFX and such.
Felt a bit dizzying watching that. Definitely need to see the final picture to judge proper.
I agree. It seems that they try to reproduce the Nakamura's style. The transitions are strange too.
I like how the camera shakes from the impacts but I'm not a fan of the heavy "back and forth" movement. It feels like watching one of those hobbycam videos, where the cameraman can't hold the camera straight.
I'm not a huge fan of how much it moves, i think the camera shifts a little too much for it being animated on mostly 3s, it does a disservice to the actual drawings because of how unreadable it can be.
