Ema's form looks kind of specific, but I can't think of a vertical leg kick outside of Korean Gymnasts giving a first pitch.
As for goth loli, there aren't too many submarine pitchers, let alone lefty submariners, but I can't think of anyone specific (everything before she jumps).

There are 2 shots with credit goes to a fake name ROSETTE.K, before this Kouichi Arai's part. It may not match the other sakuga shots, but somehow I believe that ROSETTE.K is Mamoru Hosada himself even I cant find any evidence. Just want Mamoru Hosada fans to know this.
