Seima Miyazawa (宮沢清磨) could be a misspelled version of Kiyomaro Miyazawa (宮沢聖麿) since 宮沢清磨 is only credited on BC & SxF (2 shows where 宮沢聖麿 is also credited) but no confirmation so far
Definitely should indeed be Kiyomaro Miyazawa here, not "Seima Miyazawa." Kiyomaro confirmed participation here https://twitter.com/kiyo_8092/status/1728424574386360798 then shortly after tweeted about their named being misspelled in the credits https://twitter.com/kiyo_8092/status/1728430617044594768

first cut maybe Zehua Su

Director/SB : Takahito Sakazume
Note: the specific "Ai assisted" cut was edited out because, even if the choice of using it was intentionnal by the director in the context of the event/character, the booru is not the place for this kind of stuff.

Note2: its so good to see Mayutokage beeing back at full force here.
Honestly, I'm just glad that I got to witness the crucifixion: https://imgur.com/a/LV6Dd7S

this upload has forever thrown me for a loop

I never considered that Goro Sessha did 2nd KA on the film. I think this could be his part

though, its clear the original artist was strong, and the douga work is excellent

that melding of three different factors is probably what makes this so difficult to credit.

Ive also never seen anything like the processing effect in the first cut in the series before
