I don’t understand if there’s such thing as breakdown poses in japanimation ? My guess is that japanese animators only do inbetween that work as breakdown poses but im not sure so im asking it here.

I don't know for sure either, but whether they intentionally call something breakdown or not won't really matter. However, from watching some trigger documentaries it is obvious they are at least aware how they can handle their inbetweens in interesting ways, so I'm fairly sure they treat at least some frames with more intention than simply phoning in a straight inbetween.
