What software do you use to cut the clips?
Before I used Filmora but since it was updated, it does not let me export with the dimensions that I want, in addition to that even if I remove the audio, booru detects it as if it still had it, for some reason.
Kapwing online reduces the quality too

I've been using Sakuga Encode but most users here use Avidemux. I'd recommend looking into that.
