What exactly is needed for new terminology to be created? Do other animators have to copy a specific animation the way another artist did, or does that animator have to acknowledge that they invented a unique way of animating something/

For example: Everyone knows that scene from Akira where Kaneda does his bike slide (#133904) done by Hitoshi Ueda, and other animators have paid homage to this, by following the steps of: Face close up, Drifting away from POV, and smoke coming from tires and leg, with occasional lightning or sparks. So if that's the case, do we call it "Ueda Bike Slide"?
