This is more out of my curiousity than anything, but here's a problem I've been noticing. Looking at stuff I want to upload on this site (i.e stuff from the 1980s/1990s), is there anyway I can get them with a decent quality?

I'm asking this is that with one of the series that I really want to see uploaded on here (Gunsmith Cats), I can't seem to find any good versions of it online.

Can't download off of that site, they cut me off for not seeding. I did try NyaaTorrents and it's the same one. But when I imported the files into Avidemux (and also Jasc Animation Studio). I got these weird ghosting issues.

I sadly can't post any proof since I deleted the files, but it was there.
