Aceptable Frame Rate?
What would be an acceptable frame rate for a gif on this site?

I'm asking as I have a few that were made from files that were originally 30 fps (specifically from these two torrents: http://bakabt.me/150175-shin-cutey-honey-new-cutey-honey-exiled-destiny.html and http://bakabt.me/148808-gunsmith-cats-cor.html).
If it wasn't clear from the first post (It isn't). I was wondering if 30fps (delay of 3 according to kyouray's method) was (or rather, is) an acceptable for gif on this site.
Personally I'd like gifs to emulate the timing of the original scene.
The method I use allows this but there are more steps involved.

So say if the original source is 30 fps (lie the torrents I linked above), would that be fine?

That, and I can't seem to find any 24 fps versions of those OVAs.
I made post #3856 from that Gunsmith Cats torrent using my method.
Just to check, I edited the timing to make it all 3s and it goes too fast, edited it to all 4s and it goes too slow.

Having a glance at the timing, it is a mix of 3s and 4s. http://puu.sh/7ljUY.png
If you want to manually edit every 3rd frame to a 4 then it should give you accurate timing like the original 30fps video.

I'll try that out.

It only works for 30 fps, correct?
Yeah, I have not seen what the timing is for 24fps video.

I've done it with all frames with a delay rate of 4. It actually comes out quite nicely.

EDIT: Just an update, but I tried out the method you described to me. And I just want to know what you think about this: post #3858
