North Korean animation studio SEK (mentioned on DVD commentary) was involved with this movie, so this shot could probaly be SEK's.

Could be South Korea's Rough Draft Korea seeing it's connected to the aermican Rough Draft Studios. I read the forgien company did inbetweening, digital ink and paint, and rendering so SEK may have done one of those.
