IMO this should be Imaishi too considering it's sandwiched between his cuts on post #145796 and post #20122 (former is presumed but the latter is confirmed) and the timing and effects here look pretty consistent with both of those

There is definitely some Imaishi-isms here but effects are pretty off imo, rewatching this ep recently it felt like he was more of an action AD on it- fixing certain things here and there- rather than KA but he's only credited for the latter
