0:02-0:05, 0:39-0:40, 0:45-047 is in the Otogizoushi gengashuu. The credits in the back of the book which overlap with the episode credits are Megumi Kagawa and Naohiro Shiotani. Considering the latter has no known animation and worked on many other episodes of Otogizoushi, this scene is more likely Kagawa's work.
