specifically, Ohira was at least responsible for:
0:43 - 0:47 (cut number 2168)
and
1:13 - END (cut number 2177)
and Endo is confirmed from:
1:00 - 1:04 (cut number 2173)
source is AKIRA ANIMATION ARCHIVES
hoping to run this by @randomsakuga when they return from hiatus to confirm what Ohira did exactly, the rest should be Endo but that's not guaranteed outside of that one cut either

over 2 years agoEndo said he did 0:00 - 0:28 and confirmed that 1:00 - 1:04 was him helping with Ohira's part, so I guess that implies most of it outside of this cut and the first 28s should really be Ohira

Katsuhiro Otomo (Cuts 2167 - 2183, though it is possible he’s just credited for these parts because he might’ve done backgrounds or the layouts for those particular cuts. The movie’s art director also gets credit on those cuts which is probably just related to backgrounds)
