Takafumi Hori posted a link to this on his Instagram story with a caption translating to "nostalgic. The movement remains the same, but the artwork has been revised by the artist."
I checked, and he is credited on this episode. I'm going to leave it as presumed for now since I'm not completely sure, but this seems to be his work.
