So I saw that Masatsune Noguchi participated in this episode on twitter so I asked him which parts and he said it was the fight between Ranko & Zoya and he also said that he did the still image stuff as well. So these are most definitely his cuts.

Noguchi was only AD, he was in charge of supervising this fight and the line processing of the harmony cells. Sannomiya should be the animator (Maybe in post #208315 as well - Similar fx).

Manabu Nii (the CAD) thanked them both for the fight.
