Cause the short was made in Egypt, though looking at the tag description again it's only used for animation from Asian countries other than Japan so my mistake

These distinctions can get very complicated and arbitrary (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East%E2%80%93West_dichotomy ) but from a cultural and aesthetic perspective, which is the most relevant for our purposes, I think it makes more sense to consider Egypt and other North African/Middle Eastern countries as western. Maybe we could have more specific region tags in the future
